Panarteriitis nodosa
Deep spindle biopsy with the scalpel in a case of suspected
panniculitis: despite the size of the biopsate, the changes
that are diagnostic of a panarteriitis nodosa are only at
the lower-left edge of the picture in the form of vasculitis
of a small artery, with infiltration of the vessel wall by
neutrophile granulocytes and necrosis of the media.
