Mykosis fungoides
Two biopsates, removed simultaneously with suspected Mykosis
fungoides. Whilst a preparation showed only a discrete infiltrate
with focal epidermotropism (a finding that is consistent with
the clinical diagnosis, but is not conclusive), the changes
in the second preparation (dense infiltrate; clear epidermotropism;
large lymphocytes in a row in the basal-cell layer) were diagnostic
for Mykosis fungoides.
