planus
Fully-developed Lichen planus: tape-shaped lymphocyte infiltrate
lying above the junction area, marked vacuolar changes at
the junction, necrotic keratinocytes and irregular epithelial
hyperplasia with ridge networks extended by peaks, wedge-shaped
hypergranulosis and compact ortho-hyperkeratosis.
