Early stage of Lichen planus

The early stage of Lichen planus: we see only a moderate peri-vascular lymphocyte infiltrate, focally discrete vacuolar changes at the junction and a slight epidermis hyperplasia with an even hypergranulosis and compact orthohyperkeratosis.
