Early diagnosis of para-psoriasis

At the patch stage of Mykosis fungoides (or Para-psoriasis in plaques) frequently only small foci of an epidermotrope lymphocyte infiltrate are to be found. The disproportion between the minimal extent of the foci and the high number of lymphocytes in the epidermis is a characteristic feature which is often not revealed in small biopsies.
