Microcystic adnexa carcinoma
A deep spindle biopsy of a microcystic adnexa carcinoma.
This neoplasia comprises tubular structures, which frequently
cannot be distinguished from those of a syringoma, and show
scarcely any atypical nuclei or mitoses. Since the extent
and formation of the tumour agglomerations are crucial for
identification, the biopsy needs to be appropriately large
and deep.
